2019年8月16日、労働局が新しい規制を発表しました。
BOI / IEAT認定企業の外国人がビザ・ワークパーミットを申請/延長する際、
オンラインシステムにてビザ・ワークパーミットの申請する際の必要書類として、医者からの健康診断書の提出が追加となりました。オンラインシステムにて申請する日から1ヶ月以内に発行された健康診断書が使用可能となります。
この新しい規制は、発表日から直ちに施行されております。
For your information, Foreign Workers Administration Office annouced new regulation for BOI/IEAT visa and work permit on August 16,2019 (as attached file)
Foreigner who apply or extend visa-wp under BOI/IEAT must provide a medical certificate of not more than 1 month on the date of online submission.
This new regulation comes into effect immidately from the announcement date.
